Careers information

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” (Jeremiah 29:11)

Pupils are encouraged to consider future pathways throughout Secondary, and are introduced to the benefits of mission or service employment through visiting assembly speakers. The Year 9 PSHE programme begins to prepare pupils for working life, and the Year 10 and 11 programme includes the TKS Careers Fair, visits to the National Apprenticeships Show and a local sixth form. Representatives from local sixth forms and colleges, and from the Christian vocation/employment organisation OSCAR, provide bespoke presentations for our pupils.

Below are links to popular destinations for our Year 11s when they leave TKS and other useful training and service providers
